4 Areas of Interest
I am particularly interested in advancing innovative human-centric creative systems thinking in the four following areas:
1. Ecosystem Architecture & Strategy
Working at Microsoft and Walmart gave me direct exposure to the challenges large organizations face when solving extremely complex problems in isolation, causing fragmentation and risk. The lack of connection and understanding made it difficult for executives and senior leadership to tackle issues holistically. What’s needed is a bold, interconnected capability that drives strategic decision-making and systemic change.
Traditionally, organizations have relied on roles like Business or Technical Architects — each focused on distinct domains. Ecosystem Architecture is a more modern, integrated evolution of these disciplines. It provides a holistic connected view and alignment, a critical need as we move toward Industry 5.0.
I’m particularly passionate and interested in:
Championing Systems Thinking and Ecosystem awareness with organizations
Making a business case and selling in it’s value (e.g., enhancing understanding, connectivity and ultimately agility)
Identifying key executive stakeholders for cohesive aligned objectives and desired results (OKRs), role definition, and continuous support
Institutionalizing and operationalizing Ecosystem function into the daily rhythm of business - business program approach (roles, process, etc.), education and training, and Center of Excellence
Continuously auditing, architecting, and assessing the ecosystem holistically and it’s individual components (micro-ecosystems) - network, organization, leadership, strategy, operations, business solutions, experiences, digital technology enablers, products, platforms, systems, and more
Executing Design Thinking workshops for future state concept ideation
Developing an Ecosystem Strategy with a North Star future vision
Strategic planning (what and why) and prioritization of business initiatives, making trade-offs to improve components of the ecosystem
Overseeing execution of systemic change, coaching and supporting groups
Monitoring, measuring, analyzing, communicating, and reporting on outcomes - adjusting as necessary
Organizations that are successful 1) enable Ecosystem Architecture as a discipline 2) prioritize and focus on managing Dynamic, Interconnected Ecosystems and 3) define an Ecosystem Strategy, a new, modern approach to innovation and growth, focused on building interconnected systems.
I want to champion, lead, and enable this business capability with organizations for Industry 5.0 success. This function can be integrated and applied at multiple elevations.
2. Integrated Cross-functional Business Transformation Programs
Re-orgs are happening faster and faster to meet evolving business needs. However if there isn’t an aligned North Star vision or detail program approach, this leaves a lot of room for guessing, which ultimately causes frustration, churn, and solutions that don’t meet their full potential.
As a trusted advisor and consultant, I have helped complex organizations innovate and transform their cross-functional business operations, for effective and efficient delivery of work. I work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to:
Identify cross-functional stakeholders and align on a shared objectives and vision
Strategic planning (what and why) and detailed programming (how-to), architect and define business program approach and outcomes - this is key!
Centralize and streamline core functions and business processes

With my business consulting background, I rapidly experienced approaching problem-solving, innovating and transforming organizations from different functions within an organization - I went from Design, to Digital Products, Omnichannel Brand Experiences, to Digital Transformation Business Programs, to Complex Business Solution Management (e.g., Corporate Work & Workplace). I understand each function’s value, how they operate, where they often overlap, and where they differ - I help clarify the “grey” areas.
3. Omnichannel Experiences & Services
Understanding human behavior and brand perception, omnichannel experiences and services, and the underlying architecture, continues to be a foundational passion of mine. I focus on the connection between vision to execution to deliver seamless and intentional experiences by:

With a foundation in Human-Computer Interaction Design and years of experience in Digital Transformation, I also specialize in creating and scaling digital products and portfolios that are desirable, feasible, and viable.
