Career Journey:

 

I have dedicated half of my career to People Research, Experiences, Design, and Technology Innovation, and the other half to Consulting, focusing on Leadership, Operations and Transformation, Strategy, and Solution Delivery. I offer a unique skill set, balancing innovation, human empathy, creativity, systems design thinking, and insight. I work at all elevations in the organization, though executive support is crucial for overcoming challenges and resistance to change. My skills are essential for Industry 5.0 success.

It's been a journey from Human-centered Interaction & Design (HCID) of digital products, to leading User Experience (UX) functions and departments, to holistic Brand and Omnichannel Experience Design (XD), to Innovation Design Advisory and Consulting (E.g. Recently, I've been advising organizations on redefining work. This complex enterprise business problem involves more than a campus—it's ecosystem-enabled, connecting psychological, technological, physical, and organizational factors together for success. It requires a growth mindset, systems thinking, a culture of innovation, enterprise program and process development, stakeholder management, cross-organization collaboration and ideation, North Star and strategic roadmap alignment, business and consumer understanding and desirable experiences, technology enablers and integration, flexible places and spaces, rapid experimentation, real-time data insights and predictive recommendations, continuous improvement, and governance for checks-and-balances. Without a holistic understanding of this model, organizations risk uninformed, biased decisions, inefficient operations, poor team collaboration, fragmented experiences, reduced productivity, lower employee satisfaction, and failure to meet business goals.
